Assertion is run by two people who have spent their careers inside big, complicated technology projects. We started it to make AI more accessible to Australian businesses, without the jargon.

Do I need to be technical?

No. Most of our clients are not. We explain things in plain English, and we do the technical work for you.

Will AI replace my staff?

That is not what we build. We take the repetitive jobs off your team's plate so they can spend more time on the work and the people that matter.

What happens to my customers' data?

We tell you what data a tool will touch before you agree to anything, and we build with Australian privacy obligations in mind. If something should stay away from AI, we say so.

What does it cost?

The first conversation is free. After that we agree the scope and the price in writing before any work starts, and we begin small so you can judge on something that runs.

How soon will I see something working?

We aim for weeks, not months. The first job is deliberately small so you can see it work and decide what comes next.

What if AI is not the right answer for us?

Then we will tell you. Sometimes a form, a rule or a conversation does the job better, and we would rather be right than busy.
